Paxton have always been very helpful and resolved any queries we have had very quickly both with sales and technical support, it just a shame I cannot get some of my customers to replace their systems with Paxton, I suppose it is the climate we are in at the moment.

I was reassured in the call that the product would work as I required. True enough when I installed it later that day it performed perfectly and can be accessed by all of the existing cardholders. I'm very impressed with the product and with the quality of knowledgeable back-up available. Big thanks.

A throughly interesting meeting for a Cosoa registered caravan park requiring controlled access. Dave Smith clearly explained the benifits of Net2U Vs standalone system and listed the required parts to complete task. A key selling point that was exceptional was that Dave offered to return to customer and give them training on the Net2U software - I think this level of support sold Paxton to the customer - Will update on customer response.. My initial impressions- Very pleased with support as my knowledge of door access is zero! Many thx Max Pritchard
