Tony Ratcliffe
Chairman
Tony is the founder and owner of Paxton Access.
He is committed to the company for the long term. He provides it with the funding it requires in order for it to grow and he sets its goals. Tony does not wish or need to sell Paxton Access.
Since the beginning, Tony has been involved with product innovation and design. He has brought his considerable business experience to the company and has been a vital part in its success to date.
Drew Hoggatt
Managing Director
Drew is responsible for running Paxton Access, ensuring that it functions properly as a company, providing an optimum profit whilst maintaining optimum growth and ensuring a high standard in every company activity.
As well as company direction, Drew takes part in detailed work for the company in sales and marketing, operations and research and development.
Adam Stroud
Sales and Marketing Director
Adam has responsibility for all of our Sales and Marketing activities. Together with his sales management team, he ensures that we increase our sales at the optimum rate both in the UK and overseas.
Adam ensures that our internal and external sales teams are operating properly and he makes sure that our marketing department has the direction and support that it requires.
Paul Rawlinson
Operations Director
There are many complex problems to solve in order to manufacture, sell and support goods. From organising the buildings in which we work to running the factory and its procedures, Paul is responsible for making sure that everything runs smoothly.
In a competitive world, the buying of raw materials is a vital task for Paxton Access and Paul and his team work hard to achieve best prices from the UK or overseas.
Mark Thompson
Development Director
Mark is responsible for electronic and mechanical product development, he and his team make sure that new products meet specification and are ready on time and to budget. His duties encompass research into new products, planning, standards compliance and ensuring best practices and processes are used in the development of our products. Mark's team also share responsibility for product quality with the Operations department and will therefore resolve problems and at the same time attempt to improve margins on existing products.
Paul Bannister
Technical Director
As our leading technical person, Paul has provided Paxton Access with the products it has needed to grow. This entails finding and managing the talented people required to design our products and also coming up with the ideas and solving problems.
In addition to this, Paul does a great deal of detailed design work and constantly observes the demands of the market in which we sell.
Jan Dartnell
Finance Director
Jan has kept the company's finances in order for many years. She is responsible for the independent financial audit carried out every year and for returning the results to Companies House. She ensures that there is sufficient money available to pay the bills and keeps track of past present and future spending
Jan is also responsible for the company payroll.
