I spoke straight to a human without having to press buttons on the phone to go through a bunch of options. The person I spoke to could identify me as a customer very quickly and answered my questions promptly. Just what I wanted!

Service was very quick and prompt. It was only ringing for a few seconds before it was answered. I had a bit of a strange question however they answered it quickly and when not sure said they would contact 2nd line for more information. I wasn't on hold for long and he gave me a very straight and clear answer. When I had additional questions there was no issue in answering them and the issue was resolved. A***
