Excellent knowledge of how to troubleshoot my system. I appreciate the fact that the gentleman I spoke with did not give up and was very patient with my slow computer skills. He solved my problem and saved me money for not having to call someone else. Feeling very blessed by my interaction with Paxton today!

To all at Paxton tech support ... Thanks for simply being there to help. You are one of the very few companies who do actually support us install engineers. We moved over to a newer version from a good working version - Now we are unable to refresh a fire rollcall after a muster point scan - this was fine on the old version. I have been advised that the Net2 app has a bug which is stopping this with no planned fix. Now we are unable to use this for a roll call and gone back to pen and paper. Very disappointed
