Customer Service was very knowledgeable. The help on the phone could be improved through having better verbal navigation i.e. when the representative was helping me, they were attempting to troubleshoot the issue (and they ended up being correct about what the issue was) they were asking me to navigate to specific areas of the Net2 Access UI- It would've been helpful if they had concrete references for where they wanted me to navigate i.e. "on the left hand taskbar click users" or "after clicking users in the left hand task bar, select access control" Better verbal navigation would've improved the experience slightly and allowed the call to be shorter, which is better for me and you as a rep/company. Overall, I was pleased and the problem was resolved with excellence. Thank you.

I was helped by a chap called Zhe Yong, Paxton, you have a good guy here! This guy worked closely with me to diagnose why I couldn't detect my ACU, turns out I hadn't checked a box in the TCP/IP utility. As soon as he told me this, the ACU sprung into life. Thank you very much Zhe for your support, absolutely first class.

Gary is always helpful and always takes calls when needed. Very informative and always visits when he is in KZN. Thanks to his knowledge and help I now only use Paxton. Thanks Gary and keep up the great work.
