Paxton technical support has always surpassed my expectations and this time was no different, helpful, polite and knowledgeable everything you could ask for.

I had some technical software issues which were dismissed with re-install net2 and install windows updates. I got the backups working myself by manually running the scheduled task. Turns out it was conflicting with another VSS backup. The Net2 Online menu is still not available even though windows updates are installed, but the helpdesk person couldn't tell me what update was needed to enable this option.

My call was handled this time by Dominic. He solved my issue in just a few minutes and with all the courteous professionalism that I have come to expect from Paxton Support. You guys have quite simply the best tech support desk of any of the companies I deal with - and there have been a few over the last 20 years in the industry!
