The assistance received from Paxton was absolutely second to none. I had two calls with the support team, first line and second line and both people that I spoke to were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anybody that I know.

It was good to meet with your commercial manager and chat about various options for using Paxton. We've been quite pleased with the basic access control systems that we have installed in some of our premises and I am keen, as the Security Manager, to introduce a level of uniformity across the patch. This will mean that we can use a single card or fob for each of our buildings and staff who work at various sites will be able to access them without the bunch of cards / fobs that some carry around with them. Eventually it is hoped that we will be able to start to use some of the networking capability of these systems and therefore be able to use them to control multiple buldings across the county.

Nick knowledge and presentation skills were excellent. The client we were presenting to was very impressed and we now have an opportunity to show the client a working system with time and attendance which is very important to the client. Nick has provided the address of such a site which we can take the client to. When i get the dates for this we would be grateful if Nick could again be involoved.

My customer (NBE Fire and Security) received a free unit directly from Paxton. This turned out to be faulty so he wanted to get a replacement. Paxton have then told my customer they need to go through Norbain to get the replacement. The order wasnt anything to do with us so why would we need to sort out the returns?
