I don't usually get involved in direct support on Paxton products, and despite being in IT needed help to factory reset and reconfigure a Net2 control panel. Support was prompt and excellent. Thank you

It was great to see Najim again. Very nice person. A good touch/feel for people. Not overbearing or pushy like many sales orientated individuals. I would like to do business with Paxton in part because of my general knowledge of the company and its products. And also because of Najim.
