Bi-Lingual Sales & Technical Support
Paxton Access Ltd is a market leader in the design, manufacture and support of electronic access control systems and software. We are an innovative and dynamic Brighton company that is growing every year.
We are looking to recruit a German speaking member for our technical support team to deal with all enquiries from our German distributors and installers. As a member of our Frontline support team you will be dealing with all Sales, Technical and Returns enquiries, be it by phone, e-mail, Skype or letter from both our German and English distributors and installers. You will also be required to provide assistance to our second line support team giving high level technical support and advice to our German installers. In addition you will undertake telesales projects to promote new products and services.
The successful candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken English and German. You will possess a proven background within a Technical Support environment; have exceptional customer service skills along with excellent PC skills. You should also have five good GCSE’s or equivalent, including Maths and English.
This is a great opportunity for an energetic customer focused person to join a company that provide the best support service in the industry. In return you will receive a salary in the range of £22,000 to £27,000 depending on skills and experience, 25 days holidays and Pension scheme.

Frontline Sales & Technical Support
We are looking to recruit a new member of staff to join our growing support team. As a member of our Frontline team you will be dealing with all Sales, Technical and Returns enquiries, be it by phone, e-mail, Skype or letter from English and international distributors and installers. Experience providing support in a call centre environment would be advantageous, as well as fluency in either German or French.
We are looking for energetic people with a passion for providing high quality customer service. A high level of PC literacy and previous telephone support experience are essential. The ability to do some shift work would be considered an advantage.
